Guarantee on puppies.
The Seller guarantees this puppy to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and worming will be provided. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 72 hours for a physical examination. Should puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the dog may, upon signed written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for refund. The Seller will assume no responsibility if this puppy is given Ivermectin, Immodium or any of the collie-sensitive drugs and suffers an adverse reaction.
Puppy purchased is guaranteed for one year of life for any genetic defect that would cause the dog to die or live such a poor quality of life a licensed veterinarian would suggest uthanizing the dog. A licensed veterinarian and a specialist must make all claims. A minimum of two separate evaluations must be submitted to me in writing for a replacement and an autopsy must be performed in the case of death.
Things not included are allergies, infectious diseases, freak accidents, suspected mistreatment, hernias, mild thyroid conditions, mild heart murmurs or irregularities, other things not in any way my control.

No claims are made about the following: size, height, weight, placement of the animal in the show ring or capabilities of the animal to reproduce as an adult. Animals sold with full registration means at time of sale there are no known defects that would prevent an animal from being shown or breeding. Under no circumstances will this puppy be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility.
Breeder agrees to accept the return of the dog should the buyer be unable to keep it.

When a new owner cannot come here personally, I might be able to arrange a flight.
First, I research the possible flight schedules and match the destination to the new owner's airport of choice. By phone or email, we make our final choice. I have a veterinarian health check performed on the puppy, buy a new airline approved crate and water bottle, acclimate the puppy to the crate, and we all get a good night's rest.
This is LeeLu's story.
It's an early morning in spring. She has been fed, let out to go potty and to have one last romp with her siblings.
Her papers are in the envelope, ready to be mailed after she takes off on the plane to Louisiana.
At the airport, I see a "No Pets" sign on the door.
She is weighed in and they attach a label to her crate.
We wait our turn to fill out all of the paperwork.
I will call her new owners and tell them she has her place on the plane.
They will call me back when they have her.
It's always been a joyfull call! I look forward to receiving pictures of her.
